The Master Chorale of Fargo-Moorhead is under the direction of Aaron M. Zinter.

Mr. Zinter is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, and received his Master of Music degree in Choral Directing from Illinois State University in Normal, IL.

Aaron Zinter has served the Master Chorale as Artistic Director since 2012. He is a graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead and holds a Master’s degree from Illinois State University, Normal IL.

A respected educator, Mr. Zinter currently serves on the faculty of Capstone Classical Academy in Fargo where he teaches Upper School music and math. In his previous position as Director of Vocal Music at Oak Grove Lutheran School, he led choral ensembles on active performance schedules and also conducted annual national outreach choir tours. He coached student ensembles who consistently received outstanding ratings at state music contests.

Mr. Zinter is also a composer and arranger and has published works with Abingdon Press in Nashville. He is also an accomplished vocalist, having performed and recorded as a member of Chanson, a professional male acapella ensemble.

He resides in Moorhead, Minnesota with his wife Brittany and their children Lydia and Max.
